Casey & Co. is managed by the five Directors John Casey, Edward Power, Niall Healy, Padraig Casey & Conor Hannon. We see our role not simply as providing services for the management and control of building costs but doing so while at the same time assisting our Client’s and Architects aspirational and quality aims for the project.
We as Quantity Surveyors would seek to find ways of facilitating, within overall budgetary constraints, the fulfilment of our Client’s and Architect’s design objectives rather than frustrating them with a negative approach based on a narrow view of controlling costs. This approach requires a creative partnership between the Client, Designers and Quantity Surveyor. We would intend to promote & develop such relationship without losing sight of our prime responsibility for the management and control of costs.
