We see our role not simply as providing services for the management and control of building costs but doing so while at the same time assisting the Clients and Architects aspirational and quality aims for the project.
We as Quantity Surveyors would seek to find ways of facilitating, within overall budgetary constraints, the fulfillment of the Clients and Architects design objectives rather than frustrating them with a negative approach based on a narrow view of controlling costs.

We see our practice expanding over the next decade to incorporate a hopefully ever increasing client base, but also with a view to expanding the role of the Quantity Surveying profession in the overall Design Process, which in turn gives us greater control within the overall Design Team.

This approach requires a creative partnership between the Client, Designers and Quantity Surveyor. We would intend to promote and develop such a relationship without losing sight of our prime responsibility for the management and control of costs.
