Description: Extension and refurbishment Works to Clonakilty Community Hospital, Co. Cork. The project consisted of an extension at Blocks 2 and 3 of Clonakilty Community Hospital. The extension to Block 3 was consist of a 20-bed ward extension with single en-suite rooms (including 4 dementia units), community areas and an external parking area. A minor extension to Block 2 which involved the provision of an additional communal area. Also relocating existing generator and fuel tank and the provision of new firefighting tank and waste store. The works took place within a live Community Hospital environment
