Professional Experience:
Edward started working as a Construction Consultant when he joined John J. Casey & Co. in 1995, and has been a Director since 2007. Edward is experienced in all aspects of Employers Repersentative & Project Management role within design teams from preparation of Client Reports, cost plans / budget estimates, advertising for and shortlisting contractors pre-tender, tender documents production, assessment of tenders, management and control of construction stage on behalf of Client, preparation of monthly reports for Clients, and agreement of final accounts.
