Description: The works comprise of the demolition of all the existing buildings and structures on and inner city site, and the construction of a new 24 classroom primary school building with ancillary accommodation (3850m2). Over part three and part two storeys, including all associated site works and a new rooftop external play area at second floor level to the south of the new building. Contract included the provision and removal on completion of fully serviced single storey 3 classroom temporary modular cabin school accommodation on site.
