Low energy rated glazing and the orientation of elevations to maximize natural lighting while minimizing heat loss & solar gain. Full Building Envelope Integrity test to confirm air tightness of structure. Sealing internally of ceilings, walls and floors of building envelope to minimise heat loss through fabric of building. Development included extensive landscapeing works and some conservation works (Provision of Bat Boxes, etc.).
