Professional Experience:
Niall started working as a Quantity Surveyor when he joined John J. Casey & Company in 1995, and has been Director since 2007. Niall is experienced in all aspects of Quantity Surveyors role within design teams from preparation of cost plans / budget estimates, to bill of quantities production, assessment of tenders, management and control of costs on behalf of Client, preparation of progress and cost reports for Clients, and agreement of final accounts.
