Description: Prestigious high spec Retail & Apartment development with double level basement, in a prominent city centre location. Project included full refurbishment of local streetscapes including realigning, repaving all footpaths, pedestrian / vehicle streets, set down areas, taxi ranks, pedestrian crossings, etc. This work included complete new pedestrian Street (Opera Lane). All done in consultation with Cork City Council. Project also included full Refurbishment / Renovations to existing protected Queen Anne Bbuilding which involved full restoration of internal floors, walls, joinery, roof, mechanical & electrical services, existing timber windows and external façade. Building was also fitted out later as Office and Retail space. All works done in conjunction with An Taisce.
