The works involve the extensive re-development of St. Angelas College through the addition of new interlinked buildings of approximately 3851m2 which step down through the lenght of the steeply sloping city center site together with the complete refurbishment and intergration of new build to existing Protected historic buildings, (High School, Main School, Convent, Gate Lodge, total Floor area 1725m2). Grand total floor 5,576m2. New Mechanical, Electrical, Data, Air Conditioning, Heating, Security, Access Control and Lifts installation works. The works also include extensive demolition works over 5 levels of the site, bulk excavation to new formation levels, site boundary treatment works and all associated site works.
